SITE INFORMATION / PRIVACY CHOICES

Privacy Choices

The controls on this page store a local browser preference and display the browser’s GPC signal; they do not change server-side data practices.

What the controls do

“Store this preference in this browser” writes one value to localStorage in this browser. “Clear this browser’s preference” removes it. The site does not send either action to a server, change the contact form, block any tags, or alter a sale/share operation. There are no advertising or analytics tags and no configured sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in this build. The saved flag is retained locally until removed or browser storage is cleared.

Global Privacy Control

This page checks whether the browser exposes navigator.globalPrivacyControl as true and displays that result. The script does not transmit the signal to the server. Because this site has no sale or sharing of personal information configured, it has no such activity to turn off. This local display is not a substitute for the processing and response workflow a covered business would need if its facts made statutory opt-out obligations applicable.

Legal applicability depends on facts

Privacy laws can apply based on an operator’s identity, location, business activity, thresholds, data practices, and the visitor’s location. This page makes no legal-compliance or applicability determination. California’s current statute and regulations describe rights and opt-out preference signals for covered businesses; consult the current official text for scope and requirements.

Other privacy questions

See the Privacy Policy for the exact contact, browser, session, and host-log flows in this implementation. No deletion or access-request system is implemented in the current static prototype.
