SITE INFORMATION / COOKIE POLICY
Cookie Policy
This page describes the first-party session cookie used by the contact form’s security flow.
No general tracking cookies
The pages do not set analytics, advertising, personalization, or consent-management cookies. There is no cookie banner because no optional tracking tags are installed. The calculator does not need a cookie and does not persist its values.
Contact-form session cookie
When contact.php loads its script, the browser requests csrf.php. PHP starts a session and sends its session cookie so the browser can later submit a token associated with that session. The code sets a session-only browser lifetime, the site-wide path, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and Secure when PHP detects HTTPS. The cookie is a security necessity for the CSRF check in this form flow. The session contains a random CSRF token and, after an accepted message, a timestamp used for a 30-second per-session sending cooldown. The cookie is not used for analytics or advertising. PHP session storage cleanup is controlled by the host.
Local storage is different
The Privacy Choices page stores a single opt-out preference key in browser localStorage. Local storage is not a cookie and is not transmitted to the server by this site. The setting remains until browser data is cleared or the page’s clear control is used.
Future changes
Adding analytics, advertising, embedded media, or other optional tags would change the site’s actual data behavior. The owner would need to review the tags, consent requirements, and this policy before enabling them.
